The two principal veterinarians, Robert Young and Ann Anderson, established the practice of Robert Young Veterinary Surgeon in 1995 in the Border town of Kelso. Both have many years of experience and live within five minutes of the main surgery premises. We provide the personal attention and continuity of care that is so difficult to achieve in a larger practice.

The practice offers all that an animal owner would expect:

• examination, investigation, diagnosis and treatment of sick and injured animals
• routine procedures in all species including neutering and control of reproduction
• disease prevention programmes including vaccinations and control of parasites
